Job Description:
A Mechanical Project Manager is required for an upcoming project in Dublin.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Manage Quality, Environment, Health and Safety (QEHS) on designated site(s).
* Oversee Junior Project Managers, Project Engineers, Foremen, and Site staff.
* Maintain relationships with Contractors, Subcontractors, Consultants, Clients, and End Customers.
* Solve problems and make decisions collaboratively with management on site matters.
* Plan resources, labor, materials, and subcontractors.
* Ensure safe and secure management of materials and supplies on site.
* Deliver projects on schedule and within budget constraints.
* Liaise with the design team.
* Monitor progress on site.
* Maintain accurate and orderly site documentation.
* Approve all Final Account Claims, including variations.
* Be responsible for all projects in the area.
* Hold regular meetings with the management team to discuss and monitor project progress.
* Be available to receive calls from clients at all times.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a PM role.
* Qualification or equivalent in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar discipline.
* Plumbing or mechanical experience.
* Candidates must hold a valid EU Passport or work permit for Ireland.
