Job Title: Relationship Manager
Contract: Permanent, Full Time – Mon-Fri initially fully onsite for training and then hybrid model
Compensation: DOE + bonus + company car, mobile/laptop, life assurance, Pension & Healthcare contribution, Life Assurance + 25 days AL including company days.

Abrivia is recruiting an experienced Relationship Manager for an award-winning international services company.
The Role
As a Relationship Manager, you will execute and deliver on commercial plans and targets to retain, grow, and increase profitability.
This role requires someone driven and passionate about retaining, growing, and selling to existing customers. You will work with a team of 5 people and collaborate closely with departments across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop a deep understanding of the corporate client base within your portfolio.
* Build and manage short, medium, and long-term pipelines.
* Follow lead generation and appointment setting procedures.
* Verify creditworthiness and complete credit proposals.
* Adhere to agreed sales processes.
* Maintain CRM systems.
* Collaborate with other functions to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
* Attend client and onsite meetings.
* Manage quotes and proposals for clients, tailoring them to their needs.
* Participate in corporate events and social outings occasionally.
* Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering product solutions and upselling accordingly.
* Resolve customer queries promptly.
* Report internally and externally.
The Person
* Excellent relationship management and consultative selling skills.
* 3+ years of experience in senior corporate account management.
* Proven ability to meet deadlines and monthly targets.
* Passion for lead generation and networking.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Understanding of formal procurement / tendering processes.
* Strong I.T skills and proficiency in Microsoft office packages.
