We’re seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth Management team in Dublin. You will be responsible for providing full administrative support to 1 to 2 Investment Managers, as well as building relationships with clients to deliver a positive and sleek client experience.

This is a hybrid working role with a requirement to be in the office 3 days per week.
Some of your responsibilities will be to:
* Work closely with the aligned Investment Managers to deliver excellent client outcomes.
* Build relationships with clients and maintain regular contact.
* Accurately process transactions and queries by following procedures correctly and meeting agreed deadlines.
* Review and update procedures and documentation.
* Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with the company policies.
* Request policy information from third-party policy providers if applicable.
* Liaise with operational teams where support is provided on activities, e.g., scripts, transfers, corporate actions, static data changes, where applicable.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Previous experience working within wealth management in an administrative support role
* Experience and knowledge of financial products, i.e., Pensions, ISAs, Investments, Bonds
* Experience supporting Senior Management and Investment Managers
* Experience providing end-to-end support
* Experience using Xplan and/or Avaloq would be preferred
* Desirable to hold QFA Certificate in Professional Financial Advice or studying towards it
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, influencing and organisational skills.
