Job Title: Hr Generalist
An exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take the next step in their career, providing guidance and support to line managers and staff on day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide HR advice and guidance on recruitment, performance management, absence management, and other HR policies.
* Manage multiple recruitment processes from initial liaison with hiring managers to candidate screening and interview stages.
* Lead the development of the Company's Graduate Programme.
* Support the HR Director and HRBP's in developing the HR strategy and delivering HR projects.
* Prepare payroll paperwork and ensure accurate data management across HR information systems.
* Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment legislation.
* Partner with HRBP colleagues to develop and deliver training and development programmes.
* Work on ad hoc projects as required.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Studies, CIPD accreditation desirable.
* 3-5 years' HR experience in a professional services environment.
* Good working knowledge of Irish Employment Legislation.
* TUPE experience advantageous.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and administration skills.
* Strong interpersonal and IT capabilities.
* Able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
