PAM Ireland is currently recruiting for candidates to participate in their Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering Apprenticeship programme, a structured 4-year initiative in conjunction with the College of Further Education and Training Campus and Technology University Dublin (TUD)/ South East Technological University (SETU) Carlow.
This comprehensive programme combines hands-on learning with classroom-based instruction. You will be required to dedicate four years to studying for your B1/B2 modules, which are challenging and demand a high level of commitment. Upon successful completion of this programme, you will be eligible to obtain a B1 or B2 EASA Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance Licence, qualifying you to certify Ryanair's fleet of over 600 aircraft.
Based in Shannon, you will work alongside highly experienced aircraft engineers in one of our largest engineering hangars, providing maintenance services to our extensive Boeing aircraft fleet. You will also gain experience in airframe and avionics, as well as pre-into service checks on new aircraft deliveries from Boeing, as we continue to expand our fleet to over 800 aircraft within the next decade.
As part of your initial training, you will spend time in Shannon, Stansted, or Bergamo for classroom-based learning and hands-on experience, while completing your studies at TU Dublin/ SETU Carlow.
