**Exciting Opportunity with a Global Healthcare/Medical Devices Company** Location: EMEA (with coverage for Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, and some US stakeholders) Hybrid Role:2-3 days per week on site in Dublin Type: Contract until the end of May for current project with guaranteed extension for further projects Objective: To build and execute a comprehensive project plan in Jira for the rollout of a web form across 17 geographies, ensuring successful phased implementation by May 2025. Key Responsibilities: Develop a detailed project plan in Jira, transitioning from the current Excel-based task list. Coordinate backend processes to capture data, profile information, link to Unity, and match logic. Liaise assertively with multiple teams (development, data teams, etc.) to ensure project milestones are met. Map tasks against stakeholders, dates, dependencies, risks, and issues. Align with existing country rollout plans to ensure cohesive execution. Ensure IT readiness and manage go-live milestones. Prioritize rollout based on mapped impact and business risk for 17 geographies. Provide EMEA time zone coverage and collaborate with US stakeholders, with a recommendation to mobilize in Ireland. Qualifications: Provenexperiencein project management, preferably with Jira. Strong assertiveness and ability to liaise effectively with multiple teams. Excellent organizational and planning skills. Ability to manage complex projects with multiple dependencies and stakeholders. Experiencein coordinating backend processes and data management. Familiarity with IT readiness and go-live processes.
