Our Client seeks an experienced and knowledgeable Trade Counter Manager to lead their trade counter operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily trade counter operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
* Provide expert advice on plumbing and heating products to customers.
* Manage stock levels, ordering, and ensure product availability.
* Maintain excellent customer relationships and deliver top-quality service.
* Lead, train, and develop a small team of staff.
* Handle customer enquiries, returns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a trade counter or similar customer-facing role, preferably in plumbing and heating.
* In-depth knowledge of plumbing and heating products.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Leadership and team management experience.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
