Main Responsibilities:
* Assist the team in gathering documentation for regulatory compliance returns.
* Support the team with internal audits and spot checks on various organizational functions.
* Review emails and telephone calls for quality assurance on regulatory compliance matters.
* Review and assist in preparing customer-facing documents and policies.
* Support in reviewing and completing complex complaints and correspondence.
* Perform general administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
* A 3rd level qualification.
* Direct experience working in regulations or compliance roles.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to liaise with people at all levels via verbal and written forms.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
