Administrative Assistant
We are hiring an Administrative Assistant for one of our Global Biotech Life Sciences Companies in Limerick.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to Senior Document Controller and Directors, including scheduling calendars, documentation management, and other supportive duties.
* Direct incoming requests to appropriate personnel and initiate contacts as required.
* Prepare travel plans with Senior Document Controller and Director, ensuring efficient and effective itineraries.
* Manage complex calendars and coordinate travel arrangements, including registration, ground transportation, air travel, and lodging.
* Communicate effectively with key Director contacts and schedule meetings and calls accordingly.
* Respond to enquiries and contacts in a timely and professional manner.
* Plan events and coordinate activities for small or large groups at various locations.
* Process expense reports and accounts payable/invoices.
* Maintain team and meeting distribution lists, prepare correspondence, and arrange details for visitors.
Requirements:
* Five years+ experience as an Administrative Assistant.
* Ability to work independently with high self-management skills in a dynamic environment.
* Effective time management to meet multiple demands.
* Advanced competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Estimated Salary: €40,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
