Are you a wordsmith with a knack for storytelling? Join us at Grouper as a Product Marketing Consultant and play a pivotal role in shaping our product narrative. We're seeking someone with a keen eye for detail, an insatiable curiosity, and the ability to convey the "why" behind our products. Experience in GRC and HRIS SaaS products is highly desirable.
What We're Looking For: Check out what you will be upto in this role:
Product Insight: Develop a deep understanding of our products, buyers, users, competition, and target markets.
Compelling Communication: Craft persuasive and differentiated communications that showcase our technical capabilities and value proposition. This includes sales collateral (presentations, product data sheets, solutions guide) and marketing collateral (blog posts, whitepapers, thought leadership).
Content Strategy: Lead and contribute to the technical content strategy, determining the best format and channel for content across different audiences based on customer insights and the buyer's journey.
SEO Optimization: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to optimize website and content for search (SEO).
Brand Voice: Contribute to defining the style and tone-of-voice for Grouper.
Stakeholder Management: Liaise with stakeholders such as the CMO, CPO, CPI, and CCO (marketing, sales, and product) to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Experience:
8+ years of marketing technical writing for enterprise software products, ideally in privacy, data governance, big data, and/or Cloud.
Qualities:
Independent, self-starter who takes ownership over projects and drives them to completion.
Balanced thinker between analysis, technical, and conversational.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Skills:
Excellent written communication skills that build technical reader credibility and exude prospect/customer empathy, including different tones-of-voice and styles, from blogs to whitepapers.
Expertise connecting business value back to technical capabilities.
Experience in GRC and HRIS SaaS products (Ideal)
Detail-oriented with strong intellectual curiosity
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage stakeholders effectively
Familiarity with SEO best practices
