Job Title: Assistant Housekeeping Manager
Galgorm is currently home to 125 Hotel Guestrooms and 76 Lodging Accommodation units.
About the Role:
The Housekeeping Department prides itself on their excellent attention to detail, ensuring that all accommodation is prepared for our guests with the highest level of cleanliness and maintenance.
Main Responsibilities:
* Managing the daily activities of the housekeeping department.
* Assigning tasks and work orders to team members.
* Communicating daily targets and goals.
* Cleanliness and upkeep of Resort accommodation.
* Daily inspections of guest rooms.
* Working with management to ensure budgets and targets are met.
* Supervising, training, and developing new and existing staff.
* Assisting with orders, control and stock takes of housekeeping supplies.
* Responding to Hot SOS requests.
The Person We Are Looking For:
* A minimum of 3 years experience working within a Housekeeping/Cleaning department.
* At least 1 year of supervisory/management experience within a Housekeeping/Cleaning/Hospitality department.
* Excellent ICT skills.
* Able to demonstrate an ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team.
* Performance-driven and focused on implementing a culture of excellent customer service through best-in-class cleanliness standards.
