Job Title: Retail Campaign Manager
Sales Focus:
Drive sales through targeted marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate experience of increasing footfalls through marketing efforts.
* Show how marketing support enables sales advisors to boost sales and earn commissions in a target-driven environment.
* Provide examples and data on how marketing initiatives have been measured for increased sales.
* Utilise different marketing tools tailored to various regions in Ireland, understanding regional preferences and effective marketing strategies.
* Develop and execute marketing campaigns for individual store locations, considering demographics, competition, and seasonal trends.
* Design, produce, and distribute effective point-of-sale displays, signage, and promotional materials; work with merchandising on in-store strategies.
* Build relationships with complementary businesses, community organisations, and local media to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
* Use traditional marketing channels like print advertising, radio, and direct mail to reach target audiences.
* Work closely with store managers, staff, area managers, and merchandisers to align marketing with store operations and sales goals; conduct regular store visits for feedback and improvements.
* Track key metrics such as foot traffic, sales conversions, and ROI to evaluate and adjust marketing campaigns.
* Research and analyse competitor marketing activities, including store visits, to identify differentiating opportunities.
* Develop and manage the local marketing budget effectively.
* Stay informed on retail marketing best practices and emerging trends to identify growth opportunities.
* Mentor and train team members, fostering their personal and professional growth.
Requirements:
* Proven track record of increasing sales through marketing in a multi-store retail environment.
* Extensive experience in retail marketing with a focus on driving foot traffic and sales.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant marketing software.
* Experience managing budgets.
* Creative problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
* Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from sales and marketing data.
* Outstanding people skills and experience in people management.
* A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is desirable.
