Job Title: Shipping Administrator
A dynamic and experienced professional with a strong background in shipping, freight or logistics is required to join our client's team.

The Role:
As a key member of the shipping operations team, reporting directly to the Operations Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative and operational coordination duties.
This will include acting as the primary point of contact for customers and external partners/contractors, coordinating the movement of vessels to and from port, managing stock/inventory and warehouse operations, preparing accurate import and export documentation, planning for incoming traffic, resolving queries, and supporting the management team with ongoing duties.
Requirements:
* A third-level qualification is desirable.
* 2-3+ years' experience in a relevant shipping, freight, logistics, or similar role is ideal.
* A full and clean driving license, along with access to personal transportation, is essential.
* Proven ability to multitask and work effectively with diverse teams.
* Strong IT skills are necessary.
* Availability to work one weekend in four and occasional on-call shifts, with compensatory time off during the week.
