Role and Responsibilities; * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat to resolve issues related to instrumentation products.
* Diagnose technical problems with detectors, analyzers, or monitoring systems.
* Provide guidance on product usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
* Provide instrumentation design support primarily in gas panel and process panel builds.
* Work with engineering, R&D, and manufacturing teams to identify and resolve product issues.
* Provide feedback from customers to help improve product design and functionality.
* Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to address pre and post-sales technical queries.
* Provide remote assistance to customers and the global sales team.
* Respond to urgent requests, such as critical system failures.
Qualifications; * Ability to methodically approach the process of product support, including problem diagnosis, and customer satisfaction.
* Technical qualification: (Engineering degree would be a distinct advantage).
