Job Description We are currently looking for a Nightlife Programmer to join our Operations team at the Hoxton Dublin.
We're opening our first nightclub, so we are looking for a connected and charismatic individual to assist in the creation of Hoxton nightlife with the Hoxton Dublin who will create, curate and manage the nightlife programming strategy and coordinate the talent within the nightclub space.
The role will be responsible for all aspects of nightlife programming and marketing while implementing Hoxton F&B standards. What you'll do… Be responsible for the creation of the concept of the five club nights.
These can be weekly/monthly or annually on culturally significant dates.
Work with the Nightlife General Manager to finalise the business model for each of these nights and what the pay structure is for promoters and DJ's.
Curate the talent and promoters for each of these nights.
Take the lead in the creation of the promotion, social and marketing strategy for each of these nights.
Manage the promotions strategy along with the Brand Manager and agencies with support for the Hoxton Ops team.
Manage the creative process for all nightlife collateral, both internally and through a local agency.
Manage the marketing budget as per the hotel's operating budget along with the Nightlife General Manager.
Manage any and all online presence for the nightclub and ensure all materials and information is up to date.
Liaise with the promotional teams and the nightlife ops team to ensure all guest lists and relevant details are with the door team.
Qualifications What we're looking for… Experience with booking both local and international talent.
Must have a passion for electronic music, club culture and the Dublin nightlife scene.
Highly organised, great with communication and be able to build strong professional relationships.
Be creative in planning, line up creation, event marketing, managing a budget and driving for results.
Have at least a three year experience in working in and with the Dublin electronic.
