We are currently hiring Dutch speakers who can assist us to keep our social media platform safe. The candidate will be the first line of defence, making decisions that shape experience of millions. The ideal candidate must be culturally attuned to The Netherlands with an in-depth awareness of its societal norms and regional market nuances.

Your key responsibilities:
1. Investigating and resolving reported issues (inquiries via ticketing system), such as requests for account support or potentially abusive content
2. Enforcing clients Terms of Use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site
3. Becoming and remain knowledgeable about client's products and community standards
4. Using market specific knowledge and insights to find scalable solutions to improve the support of our community of users
5. Gathering, analysing, and utilising relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience
6. Recognising trends and patterns and escalating issues outside the company policy to the global team
7. Identifying inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions

Language Skills: *
14. Fluent in DUTCH language on the near-native level (C1-C2) in oral and written communication, with in depth understanding of culture and social trends in the region
15. Advanced level of English (B2/C1/C2)

Working hours:
Day shift (9:00am to 5:30pm)
OR

There are no rotations. Monday to Friday, occasionally weekends and bank holidays.
