Events Executive – 12 Month Contract (Maternity leave cover)
London and Dublin

The Events Executive will have responsibility for their own in-person and virtual events while also being required to support the rest of the team with their events. This is a great opportunity to progress your career in a top tier law firm based in Dublin 2 for what will be a diverse role.
This person will be leading on the London events and supporting on Dublin events – this includes a range of coffee mornings to larger more formal events.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Planning, organisation, set up and execution of seminars, corporate hospitality, and client entertainment events. All live events will be crucial, including full ownership of the registration process, including post-event wrap up.
* Managing external agency / supplier relationships in the delivery of selected events.
* Manage all the invoices, payments and ad-hoc requests relating to events, while also supporting the wider BD & Marketing team;
* Maintaining client attendance data on the CRM system; and all event budget planning and consolidation within the firm’s document management system.
Skills and Experience Required:
* Minimum of three years event management experience in the professional service or corporate sector.
* Availability to travel to London a few times per month.
* Strong history in event & hospitality management.
* Experience of managing agencies / external suppliers.
* Microsoft Office applications
* Experience in managing multiple projects.
* Previous experience working in a high stakeholder level firm.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and great under pressure.
* Polished and professional.
