Contracts/Project Manager
€80,000 - €90,000 DOE, starting January 2025.

Role Overview
This is a leadership role within our construction company, requiring an ambitious individual to successfully deliver projects and contribute to the Construction Department.

Key Responsibilities:
* Pre-start project planning, including constructing construction programmes
* Managing 2-3 projects simultaneously, with a Site Manager based on-site daily
* Establishing daily/weekly tasks for Site Managers
* Liaising with clients and their design teams
* Reviewing drawing packages and addressing issues
* Monitoring quality on-site and resolving any quality concerns
* Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulatory requirements

Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years of industry experience
* 3rd-level qualification in a relevant field, such as site management, engineering, or a trade qualification
* Excellent reporting, analytical, and computer skills
* IOSH Managing Safety in Construction certification and Occupational First Aid qualification
