Training & Business Development Manager We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training & Business Development Manager to join our team. They would need to be centrally located in Dublin, within easy access to Ballymount, Dublin 12. This dual-role position involves delivering high-quality product and treatment education to skincare professionals while driving sales growth through supporting our customers for our brands. They will be proactive in driving new business and meeting set sales targets. Excellent customer service and people skills are essential. Focusing on executing training, education, and business support to maximise brand awareness and revenue. They will work closely with the Sales Team to ensure our customers are trained to the highest standard. The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Director and have responsibility for: Training & Education: Develop and deliver engaging product and treatment training sessions (in-person and virtual) for skincare professionals. Stay updated on product formulations, treatment protocols, and industry trends. Support the creation of training materials, presentations, and manuals. Attend brand training events with our suppliers. Conduct in-clinic training and support for new accounts to ensure proper product knowledge and application. Support the Marketing Manager by creating video training content for the social media pages whilst managing the trainer pages for the brands. Sales & Business Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue lead generation. Achieve and exceed sales targets. Actively recruit new Salon/Spa/Clinic businesses to our brands to achieve new business targets. Provide ongoing sales support, including account management, follow-ups, and promotional activities through account visits and training. Participate in trade shows, industry events, and open days to represent the brand. Bring new ideas to the table to maximise sales and exceed targets. Represent all brands in a positive and professional manner. Administrative & Reporting: Update our CRM to maintain accurate records of training sessions, client interactions, and sales performance. Provide regular reports and feedback to the management team. Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and educational content Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in skincare training, sales, or a related role. Relevant qualifications in skincare, aesthetics, or beauty therapy (e.g., CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC). Teacher Training qualification is an advantage. Strong presentation and public speaking skills. Proven track record in sales with a results-driven mindset. Ability to build rapport and foster long-term client relationships. Strong interpersonal, time keeping and organizational skills. Identify challenges with a solution driven attitude. Experience delivering educational events and workshops to large groups of people an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and CRM systems. Be flexible in terms of travel. Full driving licence and own vehicle.
