Housekeeping Supervisor
We are currently recruiting for an HousekeepingSupervisor who will work within our Accommodation Department. As part of the Accommodation team, you will be operating at a fast-paced centre of excellence. You will have the opportunity to train and manage new staff members. Duties:
Be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of service
Must be a team player with the ability to multi task
To anticipate guest's wants and needs
To comply with any customer complaints in an efficient manner and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
To have strong product knowledge
To abide by a flexible work schedule
Skills: communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to act as a self-starter and clearly understand the work priorities
Responsible for training and supervising staff
Must be knowledgeable in hotels par stock level policies and order procedures
Ensure accommodation assistant have all tools and substances required to carry out their jobs in a safe & hygienic manner
Requirements:
2 – 3 years' experience in a similar role
In-depth knowledge of the Accommodation department
Commitment to training and development of staff within the department
Skills: communication, presentation, planning and organizational
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks
Knowledge of financial management and Microsoft Office
Ability to work in a quality and fast paced service environment
Develop a strong working relationship with colleagues in your department and related departments
Attention to detail and high standards required
Excellent proficiency of the English language is essential
