You'll be working with colleagues across the People Function team as well as having the opportunity to work with colleagues throughout the organisation. In this role, you will support the People Functions strategic initiatives and manage the day-to-day operations that enhance the employee experience. Work closely with the EDI & Wellbeing Manager to support the delivery of the EDI & Wellbeing strategy. This will include working closely with NTMA Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and internal stakeholders to align and drive EDI and Wellbeing initiatives across the organisation. Liaise with internal and external communications teams to engage, educate and inspire colleagues in line with the delivery of the EDI & Wellbeing strategy. Engage with external networks to partner on events and initiatives, benchmark and share best practise. Contribute to the research, review and updating of EDI & Wellbeing related policies. Ensure that the EDI & Wellbeing content on the corporate intranet is kept up to date and look for ways to enhance communication and messaging with colleagues and stakeholders. Take full ownership of, coordinate and manage the centralised EDI and Wellbeing events calendar. Manage the end to end payment process including, account set up, processing payments and invoices and tracking budget spend. Register events on the Learning Management System to facilitate employee self-registration, track bookings and respond to enquiries. Monitor and respond to the EDI & Wellbeing mailbox. Experience / Skills / Knowledge Two years relevant experience in EDI and Wellbeing, or related roles, with a focus on creating positive workplace cultures. Strong project management skills/knowledge, and a strong results orientation. Attention to detail; and a highly organised, process-focused aptitude are required to manage the variety of responsibilities and deliverables. Aptitude for developing communications and digital media content using communications software on platforms such as MS Teams, Canva, Survey Monkey, video editing software etc. Experience of Microsoft Office, competent use of Word/PowerPoint/Excel is essential. Experience in designing and developing in person events and webinars.
