HR Administrator – Clayton Hotel Burlington Road
We are seeking talented and passionate hospitality professionals for an exciting new role to join our HR Team here in the Clayton Hotel Burlington Road.
This is an entry level position for someone who may be currently working as a HR Administrator in a hotel or within the Operations of a hotel and studying to become a HR Professional. Located 30 minutes from Dublin International Airport and a 15-minute walk from St Stephen’s Green, our iconic Conference hotel caters for up to 1200 delegates with 20 supporting meeting rooms and 502 guest bedrooms and supporting a team of up to 300 team members.

Objective of the Role
Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Administrator will provide support to the people operations of the hotel. They will also support in recruitment and selection, employee engagement and learning & development of our talented employees.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive admin support for the HR Manager.
* Manage our Recruitment platform and onboarding processes for candidates and new starters.
* Support the HR team in coordinating and delivering onsite induction, ensuring tailored induction plans are in place.
* Responsible for the function of our HR system, Alkimii by ensuring all employee compliance is up to date, including the management of our visa processes.
* Provide information, support and advice on HR matters to support the business and promote good practice.
* Follow up on organisation and administration of Company training and engagement initiatives.
* Participate in hotel meetings such as Health and Safety, Communication Meetings, Green Tourism, Charity etc.
* Participate in regular hotel audits from HR Compliance, General Health and Safety and so on.
Requirements:
* 2 years experience in a Human Resources Role is preferable.
* Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is desired but not essential.
* Excellent administration, organisation and planning skills, ability to prioritise tasks and meet challenging deadlines.
* Ability to work off own initiative and foresee employee queries and/or requirements.
* Passionate about the learning and development of our employees.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills within a multicultural team.
