The role: As a Workplace Experience Coordinator at Iconic Offices, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering excellent customer service.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining communal areas, meeting rooms, and kitchen spaces, ensuring they are clean, restocked, and well-prepared for client use.
You'll also assist with office resets, help with furniture moves, and attend to any spills or slip hazards.
Working closely with the Community Manager, you'll perform additional tasks as needed to support both clients and the Iconic Offices team.
Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to creating a welcoming and efficient workspace for all.
Responsibilities & accountabilities: Provide daily support and ensure the upkeep of the office environment.
Empty and maintain dishwashers to keep kitchen areas tidy.
Regularly clean and sanitise communal areas throughout the day.
Manage and distribute weekly food deliveries.
Restock kitchen supplies to ensure smooth operation.
Clean and prepare meeting rooms and event spaces to a high standard.
Reset meeting rooms and rearrange furniture as required.
Assist with office reconfigurations, including furniture moves and adjustments.
Promptly address spills or potential slip hazards to maintain a safe workspace.
Restock and clean restroom facilities, including sinks and other areas.
Perform daily maintenance and cleaning of coffee machines.
Conduct weekly fridge, and cupboard cleans, and clear-outs.
Weekly building ground checks (including external facilities, such as car parks, courtyards and bin sheds) Complete additional tasks as directed by the Community Manager.
