Seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple Digital Transformation projects including a suite of new customer experience products, and a new digital platform for customer onboarding. This is a fast-paced role reporting to the Head of Change working with multiple cross-functional teams.
About the Role:
* Lead a comprehensive change programme focusing on modernizing banking systems and enhancing customer experience
* Lead multiple Digital Transformation projects including a suite of new customer experience products, and a new digital platform for customer onboarding.
* A suite of innovative products, and cutting-edge digital assets
* Key initiatives include the launch of a new digital platform for streamlined customer onboarding, further enhancing user experience and operational efficiency
* Report directly to the Head of Change, playing a pivotal role in the company's strategic growth
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for multiple high-impact projects
* Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery within budget
* Foster cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement
* Implement robust risk management and change management practices
Must Have:
* Strong Banking and FS project management experience (5+ years)
* Strong understanding of banking operations and digital transformation
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Proficient in managing multiple projects at once.
