We're seeking a Customer Success Engineer to drive commercial customer success at Procore. Your success will be measured by the customer's adoption and realization of value from their Procore investment.

Responsibilities
* Make data-driven recommendations to customers on how to optimize Procore value based on customer analytics and industry best practices.
* Craft value-based presentations that address customer business problems and accelerate Procore adoption.
* Provide product roadmap and release updates to customers so they can benefit from leading-edge technology.
* Offer the highest level of responsiveness and customer service through clear and effective communication.
* Foster a positive team culture by supporting and mentoring fellow team members.
* Collaborate with all levels of the Procore organization to develop best practices and drive Procore evolution as a market leader.
* Maintain expertise in Procore products, services, and industry best practices.
Requirements
* Possess a passion for construction and technology.
* Hold a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or CS preferred.
* Demonstrated success in Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Pre-Sales settings.
* Construction industry expertise is a plus.
* Ability to leverage technical aptitude to master Procore product offerings, business model, services, and emerging technologies.
* Able to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders on time-sensitive projects.
* Outstanding presentation and communication skills in-person and virtually, in writing.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to synthesize relevant and impactful intelligence from ambiguous data.
