Applications are invited for a temporary post of a UCD Post-doctoral Research Fellow Level 2 within UCD School of Nursing, Midwifery & Health Systems.
The overall project is Women and Heart Failure, which includes three integrated projects focused on the same population of women. The Post Doc will provide oversight and leadership of the Women and Heart Failure project. This will include regular meetings with the Principal Investigators: Assoc. Prof. Mary Ryder, Prof. Ken McDonald, and Dr. Joe Gallagher. This is an outreach project involving GP practices, HSE Community Integration Hubs in the East Coast Region, and The Heart Failure Unit at St Michael's Hospital Dun Laoghaire. Quarterly meetings will be held between the project team and the Department of Health.
Travel to negotiate with clinical sites and lead focus groups is essential. Reimbursement for this travel is according to UCD policy, with subsistence calculated from departure at UCD.
Salary Range: €52,715 - €55,740 Per Annum
Appointment in the above range will be dependent upon qualifications and experience.
