Job Description:
Role Overview
Reporting to the Head of HR Operations, the successful candidate will be the primary liaison with the third-party payroll provider. The successful candidate will also be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of all payrolls and will manage benefit reconciliation and other key payroll-related topics.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support HROPs in the delivery of data for payroll outsourcing provider as required
2. Produce Payroll related metrics and dashboards
3. Documentation and implementation of all Payroll processes and procedures
4. Provide direct customer service, internal/external business partners with high quality, professional, and timely responses
5. Provide support for statutory and tax audits by compiling required payroll information
6. Liaising with social welfare and completing relevant forms
7. Liaising with Revenue as required
8. Dealing with third-party requests on payroll-related issues
9. Preparing and submitting relevant reports for Finance/HR/Revenue
10. Ensure compliance, data protection, and control risk within the function
11. CSO Reporting
12. Private Medical reconciliation to employee level
13. Management of pension scheme to employee level
14. Redundancy & termination calculations
15. Eurostat reporting
16. Monitoring and ensuring delivery of outsourcing deadlines
17. Ensuring the accuracy of Payroll input data & ensuring that same is forwarded to Payroll outsource provider within deadlines
18. BIK calculations & upkeep of same e.g. re: Company vehicles, company paid healthcare etc.
19. Uploading approved Payroll bank files as required (backup support if required for payroll provider)
20. SARP calculations
21. Shadow Payroll preparation & forwarding of inputs to Payroll outsource provider
22. Advising Payroll outsource provider re appropriate processing re Share awards as applicable
23. Gender Pay reporting, namely Payroll base data & resultant outputs
24. Ad-hoc Payroll analysis and reports as required
25. Ad hoc duties as assigned by Management
Key Experience/Skills/Education
1. Minimum 3 - 5 years experience processing large Payrolls
2. Benefits Administration
3. Administration of full Payroll cycle including payroll submissions / In-house payroll processing
4. Up to date knowledge of Payroll and legislation
5. IPASS accredited
6. Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
7. Knowledge of Megapay a distinct advantage
8. Knowledge of TMS a distinct advantage
9. Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
