You will be joining the Pharmaceutical Development & Manufacturing (PDM) finance team with the following sub-teams: 1.
Global Manufacturing Finance Centre of Excellence (COE); 2.
Financial Planning and Analysis; 3.
Controllership.
This role would provide an excellent opportunity for suitable candidate to gain varied experience in both inventory accounting and FP&A.

Job Description Management responsibilities may include, but not limited to: Preparation and distribution of accurate and timely monthly management reporting including monthly financials, shipments, headcount, capital and expense reporting.
Business partnering with site department heads to ensure they are aware of their spending versus budget and latest LE expectation.
Planning for annual budget and forecast cycles, meeting all deadlines and deliverables.
Leading internal and external SOX physical inventory counting programs and attending bi-annual SOX walkthroughs Investigation and reconciliation of inventory balances and General Ledger account reconciliations.
Business partnering with various business teams to support OTC (Order to Cash) and IC (Intercompany) processes.
Knowledge & Skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact effectively across multi-function and multi-site projects and processes.
Strong problem-solving skills, good analytical reasoning and excellent attention to detail.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word & Teams).
Preferred Experience Qualified Accountant with 5 years of strong, relevant post qualification experience.
Experience in inventory and cost accounting an advantage.
Experience of manufacturing multinational environment would be a major advantage.
Experience in biotech or pharmaceuticals industry a plus.
Experience of SAP S/4 Hana & associated reporting (AO/WEBI) and forecast (SACP) tools would be a major advantage.
Experience of Oracle EBS & associated reporting tools (OBIEE) would be an advantage.
Previous people management experience an advantage.
