Dock 84, a cafe restaurant in Sligo, requires a Sous Chef for our kitchen.
Working on all sections of the kitchen, you will be an important part of supervising the kitchen team.
Responsibilities:
1. Assisting the head chef during service.
2. Helping with kitchen health and hygiene procedures.
3. Preparing dishes to order.
4. Cooking food to order.
5. Training junior chefs.
Minimum Requirements:
Must have at least 5 years chef experience and experience or training in kitchen health and hygiene procedures. Must be experienced in professional cookery.
Job Details:
Full-time permanent position, 39 hours per week, with a salary of Euro 30,000 per annum.
