An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Accounts Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working 3 days per week.

This role offers the chance to take responsibility for day-to-day Accounts Payable and Receivable activities within a well-established organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process invoices totalling approximately €100k per week.

* Conduct payroll services for over 30 staff members.
">
* Manage supplier and vendor relationships, prepare and execute supplier payments.
">
* Prepare and process expenses through Excel.
">
* Prepare weekly payment runs and VAT returns.
">
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, confirming payment and invoice approvals.
">
* Record supplier payments and invoices.
">
* Contribute to the preparation of monthly management accounts and reports.

Requirements:

* Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Accounts Assistant.
">
* Experience dealing with payments, receivables, and reconciliations.

* Manual and automated invoice processing expertise.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* A team player with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with a small team.

* Strong IT skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems.
