Planning Prosperous Financial has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, highly motivated Financial Services Sales Manager to lead our Choice service offering.
Main Responsibilities:
* Sales Management: Lead and motivate a team of 5 Financial Advisors to meet and exceed targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
* Financial Oversight: Oversee financial transactions, ensure compliance with regulations at all times, and prepare budgets, forecasts and financial reports.
* Team Leadership: Lead, coach and develop employees within the team, foster a positive and collaborative environment.
* Strategic Planning: Collaborate with other departments to align strategies with overall business objectives.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
* Demonstrated track record of strong leadership and team management in the financial services industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high quality work output.
