About the Role
The ideal candidate will be a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and reports to the Contracts Director within the Facilities Management division.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver projects on time and within budget.
* Procure relevant plant, materials, and subcontractor packages.
* Manage project teams, oversee staff, labour coordination, and control.
* Meet with clients regularly.
* Liaise with clients and contractors for successful project delivery.
* Order and manage products and machinery for site use.
Requirements:
* Clean driving license is essential.
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering or another relevant qualification is essential.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Health and Safety knowledge.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Exceptional communication skills.
* Self-motivation with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn and assist.
* Organized and disciplined in planning and execution.
* Confidence working as part of a team in a busy environment.
