As a result, our people get to enjoy working on some of the most exciting projects in the world.Job DescriptionWe are seeking to fulfill the role of a Project Director, with extensive project management experience to support our client on the delivery of an exciting Offshore project.Responsible for leading the development and delivery of complex multi Offshore and Onshore Packages.
Accountable for defining, developing, interfacing, and delivering complex multi-package projects safely, while managing time, budget, quality, and key performance indicators to ensure successful completion.Take charge of executing the programme, successfully integrating multiple Contracts into a well-functioning, collaborative outcome.Responsible for coaching and supporting, direction and leadership to the teams.Responsible for extensive contract management throughout the life cycle the project, including contract change management and contract claim management using industry standard forms.Foster, sustain, and oversee strong relationships with internal key stakeholders, including government entities.Take ownership on commercial, and contractual matters, in close collaboration with commercial, procurement and legal departments.QualificationsBachelor's degree or qualification in Engineering /Project Management or equivalent.Chartered in a relevant profession/discipline.15+ years of demonstrated experience in project management within the Offshore Energy environment.Strong communication, negotiation and conflict management skills at management and operational levels.Willingness to travel when required within Ireland.Additional InformationWhat we offer:Full time, permanentCompetitive remuneration and attractive range of benefitsPensionAnnual leave & Car allwoance Opportunity to work on impactful and innovative projectsCareer development opportunities both in Ireland and globallyOpportunity to work with a diverse group of talented and collaborative colleaguesOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
