* Attend to guest queries and issues promptly and efficiently during night shifts.
* Liaise with Reception to ensure guest requests are addressed and cleaning duties are completed by the night team.
* Perform daily handover with late and early duty managers to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities.
* Ensure Meeting Rooms are prepared and ready for use by the following day.
* Maintain high standards of health and safety in accordance with hotel procedures.
