Facilities Manager Corporate Finance About the Company We are currently looking to recruit a facilities Manager to work on some exciting projects with one of Irelands well-known financial companies, based in city centre.
This role would suit someone who comes from a corporate background and has experience working in large global companies.
Within the role you will be involved in Working across a large financial facility and take responsibility for the site Manage stakeholders Manage a team of facilities technicians Managing vendors and contracts.
Manage SLAs and subcontractor delivery Sustainability Management Use your creative side to create ideas and project on how best to improve the site Hard and Soft services experience is essential in this role.
Experience/Requirements For this role you must have 8 years experience in a facilities role.
Ideally coming from a corporate background Experienced in planning for large facilities Spatial planning A creative mentality A positive attitude and the excellent work ethic.
People management skills.
