Key Responsibilities:

* Team Collaboration: Foster effective communication among production, quality, and maintenance teams to optimize factory operations.
* Hygiene and Housekeeping: Implement and maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping, ensuring full compliance with the company's Quality Management System.
* Health and Safety: Observe and implement company health and safety procedures, promoting a safe working environment.
* Sustainability: Develop and maintain waste control and yield management systems to minimize environmental impact.
