The Client and overview of the Role: My Client are a €350m T/O Construction Group.
They have numerous live projects across Dublin, Kildare, Tipperary and Laois.
They can offer continuity of work in Leinster as this is an area that they constantly have work.
They are involved projects for; housing, apartments, public works, sports, offices and hotels.
This particular requirement is for a Hotel in Dublin City.
The project is only a few weeks after starting which means that you'll be running a project through to completion.
We're open to receiving applications from experienced Project Manager or Project Engineer/Senior Co-Ordination Engineer Engineers with previous experience on Commercial or Apartment projects in Ireland, or UK.
You'll have to possess good people skills and you'll want to stay with a Company long-term and progress over time.
Main responsibilities will include: Overseeing all Engineering aspects of a construction project.
Ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Managing and coordinating other Engineers, Design Teams and resolving technical challenges.
Ensuring compliance with construction plans and safety regulations.
Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
7+ years experience as an Senior Engineer/Project Manager with Irish/UK Main Contractor or Residential Developer.
Strong understanding of Industry Regulations and People/Subcontractor management.
Proven track record in managing or coordinating complex construction projects in Ireland or UK.
Ability to influence people.
Ability to manage upwards and downwards.
Strong attention to detail and able to work on own initiative.
