Reporting directly to the Chairman, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, building strategic partnerships, and leading a high-performing executive team. About the Role As CEO, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the companys strategic vision, ensuring sustainable growth, and maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance. You will foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence across the organisation. To thrive in this role, youll need to be both an inspiring leader and a commercially astute decision-maker with a strong track record in senior leadership within the life sciences, digital health, or related sectors. Key Responsibilities: Develop and lead the overall business strategy in collaboration with senior management and the Board. Drive growth and profitability through effective leadership, innovation, and operational excellence. Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients, partners, and regulators. Ensure sound financial planning and cash flow management. Promote a high-performing, inclusive, and values-driven organisational culture. Oversee compliance with all legal, financial, and regulatory frameworks. Champion continuous improvement, ethical leadership, and social responsibility. Candidate Profile Essential: Bachelors degree (ideally in Business or related field). Minimum of 15 years experience in senior leadership roles, with a demonstrable record of achievement. Strong background in business development experience in the life sciences sector is highly desirable. In-depth understanding of corporate finance, governance, and operational management. Familiarity with cross-functional leadership (e.g., HR, Marketing, Technology, PR, etc.). Proven ability to manage change, solve problems and lead innovation. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Full, clean driving licence and own transport. Desirable: A second European language would be an advantage.
