Key Responsibilities:
* Cultivate and maintain exceptional relationships with fleet customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
* Administer customer accounts with precision, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely updates.
* Negotiate and manage fleet lists for monthly contract invoices, guaranteeing alignment with contractual terms.
* Oversee the renewal and management of contracts, fostering seamless transitions and compliance.
* Account for contract invoices with meticulous attention to detail, resolving discrepancies promptly.
* Input job sheets accurately and efficiently, supporting informed decision-making.
* Collaborate with clients and fitters to manage additions and removals from fleet contracts, streamlining the process.
* Ensure reconciliation of monthly fleet lists with monthly invoices, maintaining financial integrity.
* Guarantee customer accounts remain up-to-date and compliant with agreed-upon terms, minimizing potential issues.
* Perform annual end reconciliations and audits to guarantee accuracy and transparency.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven expertise in systems knowledge (WMS & ERP) is essential for success in this role.
* Advanced Excel skills are necessary for efficient data analysis and reporting.
* A qualified Accountant or part-qualified Accountant with membership in ACA / ACCA / CMA is highly desirable.
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar role, demonstrating growth and adaptability.
