Job Title: Client Services Coordinator
Servisource, part of the Cpl Group, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Services Coordinator to support our existing team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Client Relationship Manager and other stakeholders to coordinate projects effectively.
About the Role
* Support the Client Relationship Manager in coordinating projects across the healthcare temporary staffing division
* Fulfill vacancies in a timely manner and maintain accurate records on the booking system
* Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure their requirements are met and provide feedback as needed
* Assist with employee queries and resolve issues promptly
* Ensure all staff are compliant with company standards prior to placement with a client
* Manage payroll efficiently by adhering to timesheet policy and procedural guidelines
* Liaise with Compliance and Training Departments to ensure ongoing mandatory training requirements are fulfilled
* Work closely with the Business Development Manager to provide feedback for staff and client planning
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills
* Able to listen and guide staff efficiently
* Strong planning and organization skills
* Able to prioritize effectively and work to targets
* Highly motivated and take pride in work
* Cultivate relationships with existing clients and build new ones
* Proficient user of Microsoft Office package
* Commercial awareness
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
