Responsibilities:
1. Source sales through direct prospecting with customer base, sourcing new customers and relationship management with 3rd party dealers.
2. Manage clients effectively in accordance with policy agreements to mitigate risks.
3. Educate the customer base on products available whilst consistently upselling and leveraging referrals.
4. Own the territory, create a market map, and formulate a strategy to ensure customer relationships are at the highest level of trust.
Requirements:
1. Must have extensive knowledge of asset finance and possess a commercial mindset with a passion for sales.
2. Full understanding of sales lifecycle with an ability to manage your own pipeline.
3. Qualified.
4. Adept within credit and risk policy – key relationship management with a focus on driving sales and building long-term relationships.
