We are looking for someone to fill a cross-functional role on our Performance Management team. The team handles a wide range of topics ranging from managing our CRM tool Salesforce, as well as reporting and project topics. The role will include a mix of user support and Salesforce administration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Supporting the team as they help users with technical issues and support cases.
* Help in the maintenance of Salesforce-related tools such as Conga Composer and CLM, e-signature tools, etc.
* Liase with other teams and departments to aid in resolving their issues and gather requirements to implement new solutions for them.
* Engage and assist in the resolution of business issues.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
* Technical mindset and affinity.
* Salesforce knowledge, administration background preferred.
* Experience training users and other teams.
* Experience creating documentation and training materials for complex processes.
* Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Numerate with advanced reporting skills and an understanding of basic statistics.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Understanding of data structures.
* Solution-oriented.
* Quick learner.
