We are currently partnering with a global alternative asset manager that is expanding its wealth product offering.
The Position:
You will work closely with the Global Head of Investor Relations and be part of the Investor Service Oversight team. You will assist in the implementation and enhancement of oversight models, ensuring best-in-class client experience by partnering with external fund administrators and service providers.
Additionally, you will build relationships and collaborate with the global wealth team on the implementation of fund governance and corporate actions, reconciliation of sales and processing reports, and support client transaction requests and follow-up queries.
Key Requirements:
1. A third-level degree.
2. 2–3 years of experience in investor services, client service, or transfer agency.
3. Experience in alternative asset management is highly desirable.
4. Strong analytical skills; a self-starter with excellent communication skills.
5. Strong attention to detail, team-oriented, and a quick learner.
6. Proven ability to manage multiple demands and projects in a fast-paced work environment.
