Job Overview
The successful candidate will lead a team of administrators in completing various administrative tasks across departments. Key duties include planning, coordinating, and managing administrative procedures, allocating responsibilities, and providing coaching and guidance.
Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate, and manage all administrative procedures and systems.
* Allocate responsibilities and provide coaching and guidance to support all administrators within the team.
* Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company.
* Manage schedules and deadlines, and continuously review and improve processes.
Tasks and Projects
* Assist Business Director and Tender Manager with costing, commercial, and non-technical aspects of the tender process.
* Track sales opportunities and pre-quals/tenders within Veolia using a log file or customer relations management system.
* Develop good working relationships with departments within Veolia to integrate project design/execution into tender management.
* Assist with development of O&M Manuals and contract administration.
* Collaborate with Veolia UK for fleet management in Ireland.
Requirements
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in an Admin role with equivalent experience.
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field may be preferred.
* Very good understanding of office management processes, financial and facilities management principles.
* Proficient in Workday and MS Office/Gsuite.
* Critical thinker and problem-solving skills, team player, good time-management skills, and great interpersonal and communication skills.
