Chef de Partie Role at Clayton Hotel Cork City
We are excited to offer a new opportunity for a Chef de Partie in our excellent Clayton Hotel Cork City.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the overall running of the kitchen
* Take direction from department managers and assist in monitoring food quality and hygiene standards
* Follow the example of excellence and efficiency set by the Head Chef

Requirements:
* Previous experience working within hotels or similar roles
* A passion for food and genuine interest in culinary arts
* Mature and pleasant manner when dealing with customers and team members
* Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen
* Good knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations
