Job Description:
Cpl Healthcare, in partnership with Tusla, Ireland's Child and Family Agency, are recruiting for Professionally Qualified Social Workers on a nationwide basis to work across a number of different services including:
1. Child Protection and Welfare
2. Family Support
3. Duty/Intake (initial assessment)
Tusla has commenced a major improvement programme with significant focus on Practice, Culture and Structure.
The Child and Family Agency has responsibility for the following range of services:
1. Child Protection and Welfare
2. Family Support
3. Domestic Sexual and General Based Violence (DSGBV)
4. Children's Service Regulation
5. Counselling and Therapeutic Supports
Benefits include:
1. Permanent employment contract including sponsorship of a critical skills employment permit
2. Competitive salary between €46,000 - €67,000, depending on experience
3. 35 hour working week
4. Excellent relocation and onboarding package to the value of €4,000, towards flights and accommodation for non-EU applicants and €4,000 for EU applicants
5. Assistance with registration with CORU, the Health & Social Care Professionals regulatory authority and reimbursement of fees
6. Induction and orientation program on arrival
7. Generous annual leave (29 days) and public holiday (10 days) entitlements per year
8. Excellent supervision and a focus on developing Social Worker strengths as well as continuous Training and Development sessions with a dedicated and individualised training plan

Entry Requirements:
1. A recognised qualification as a Professionally Qualified Social Worker and professional registration in your country of practice
2. Eligible to apply for registration as a Professionally Qualified Social Worker with CORU, the Health & Social Care Professionals regulatory authority
3. Experience and an interest in working in children and families services
4. Experience and an interest in working in child protection
5. A full clean driver's licence is desirable
6. Professional approach to work
7. Flexibility in work practice
8. Excellent verbal and written English
