Your main responsibilities will be to oversee and assist in the overall running of the hotel and its departments whilst reporting to the General Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
1. 2-3 years experience in a similar role in either a 4* or 5* hotel is essential for this position
2. Hotel management qualification or equivalent considered an advantage
3. Excellent communication, leadership and time management skills with a professional and friendly manner
4. Have great organisational skills with an excellent eye for detail, customer focused with the ability to enhance the guest experience
5. Have the ability to lead a team across all departments ensuring the smooth running of the hotel on a daily basis
6. Be flexible to work a variety of different shifts which will include evenings and weekends
7. Be efficient with hotel booking systems such as Hotsoft & Opera
