If so, our client, a global pharmaceutical company based in Dublin, has an exciting opportunity for you to join their team as a Medical Reviewer.
Position is a Hybrid based role 3 days onsite only - Initial Contract position 12 months.
About the Role:
As a Medical Reviewer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all promotional and non-promotional materials, along with other medical content, meet regulatory standards and company policies. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to provide guidance and ensure compliance with local and global policies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Promotional Material Review and Certification:
o Review and certify promotional and non-promotional materials to ensure technical, medical, and scientific accuracy.
o Ensure compliance with SI 541, IPHA Code of Practice, and applicable company policies.
2. Therapeutic Knowledge:
o Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the assigned therapeutic area, strategic direction, and treatment landscape.
3. Collaboration:
o Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to provide expert advice on compliance with local and global policies and codes of practice.
4. Documentation & Reporting:
o Prepare detailed reports of reviewed materials and maintain accurate records of deviations in line with company policies.
o Update standard operating procedures within the scope of your role as needed.
Qualifications:
* Degree with a scientific background / Scientific mindset.
* Ability to interpret scientific data.
* Experience in reviewing and approving promotional materials.
* Familiarity with electronic document management systems.
The ideal candidate would have some experience with:
* Reviewing materials under the IPHA Code.
* Open to training individuals with a scientific or pharmacy background looking for their first role in the industry.
* We will also consider someone with a PhD looking to get their break into the Pharmaceutical industry.
* Full training will be given.
