Criteria:
* NMC Registered Nurse qualification.
* Experience as a Charge Nurse or Nurse in Charge.
* Strong communication skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
* Background in elderly healthcare with a commitment to high-quality care.
* Proven experience in clinical governance, audits, and care service programmes.
