Business Development Representative - ActiveCampaign (German Bilingual)
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at MarketStar. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in building the brand and creating a pipeline of qualified leads for ActiveCampaign.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create sales-qualified opportunities by engaging with prospects and showcasing how ActiveCampaign can transform their business.
* SOURCE opportunities on your own initiative, using the latest tech apps.
* Qualify and handover sales-ready opportunities to Account Executives.
* Create lasting and beneficial relationships with ActiveCampaign stakeholders.
* Adhere to daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
* Engage with prospective customers by phone, email & LinkedIn.
* Achieve established sales goals and objectives.
* Serve as a product and service advocate for the client, building interest and awareness of ActiveCampaign's value proposition and assessing mutual fit.
* Learn quickly and maintain current, comprehensive knowledge of ActiveCampaign's products and services.
Requirements:
* Fluent in both German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken forms in both languages.
* Strong desire for a career in sales.
* 1+ years of experience in a B2B sales or business development role preferred.
* High confidence and ability to quickly build trust within the first call, with strong soft skills to drive impact on the spot.
* Exceptional listening skills combined with the ability to synthesize information.
* Strong organization and time management coupled with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Salesforce experience preferred but not required.
* Ability to learn and be coached with a positive attitude and openness to receive constructive feedback.
* High level of organization with a keen attention to detail.
We offer a competitive compensation package including a base salary of €42,000 per annum and an additional variable bonus component of €10,000. We also provide comprehensive benefits including health cover, education reimbursement, and more.
